Chike was very thorough explaining the roof products and process. His roof installers did a great job and were very thorough with the cleanup. The carpenters made sure the roof repairs were secure before moving on to finishing the roof. And the gutters were custom installed to the quirkiness of our home. All of this for a great price!

Recently saw water damage in on the ceiling in a room in my home. I was recommended to call Genesis Roofing. I called on the weekend and spoke to CJ, part owner of the company. CJ understood my concerns, and wanting to get the issue resolved ASAP. CJ came to my home to assess the damage. He was professional and prepared. He said he could fit us in during the week before the next rain storm. We were quoted a fair price and CJ even said he would check the gutters for us. On the day of the repair, I got to meet the other part owner, Sebastian. He was another polite and professional young man. The job was completed in a timely manner and all my questions were answered. Genesis roofing was professional and efficient throughout the whole process. It is without hesitation that I recommend Genesis roofing for any roofing needs.

Our kitchen ceiling had water coming in since last year. We had a roof guy come out and he said that our roof looked good. We just needed to replace the wood where the gutters were attached to since there was rotting. Okay, done.. -NOPE!
With the snow we got a few weeks ago we had water coming in to the point my kitchen ceiling was starting to cave in. I called Genesis roofing and CJ came the same day to evaluate the house and 3 days later I had a new roof! He did tell me that my top shingles looked good but had 2 layers of it! I never knew that people place shingles over old shingles!
The guys (8 total) came out at 7am sharp and worked very hard! The cleaning was immaculate. No nails or debris left. I would HIGHLY recommend to my friends and family. They serviced my house in Union County but said they offer services all over including Hudson County. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

We first met with the owner Chike, he performed the inspection and arranged the details of our roof replacement, an absolute professional, and all round great young man. Him and everyone on his team were very professional and polite, an all-round pleasure to deal with. They take drone images of the exterior and personally inspect the interior as well, to make sure they get everything right before starting a job.
The job was done very quickly, in 1.5 days, and there were no issues throughout the whole process. Genesis had a variety of different roof materials, as well as colors for each, so if you were partial to one, you could choose that, but Chike showed us the difference between them and gave us the highest quality one (Owen's Corning). The warranty and service they offer is great. Even their cleanup after the work was done was exemplary. They bring their own dumpsters for all the old wood and other trash.
All in all, Genesis Roofing did a wonderful job, and I would highly recommend them.

Highly recommended very professional done in a day, awesome cleanup crew. Sebastian and Cj very knowledgeable works with his clients awesome price. The workers came when scheduled. If you need a new roof these are the ones to call. Very pleased and happy with my new roof.

I was researching for roofing companies since last year. The only I could do at that time was repair my roof. I was searching once again this year and I came across the Genesis website. A few minute later I got a call from Sebastian who offered me to come and talk about the program they have available. I was very skeptical but I need to admit - CJ and Sebastian made change my mind and offered me the deal that I can say.. it was it! Financially fit my ability and offered something extra for the same price! The 10 days later the two days job was nicely done! The place was clean up and I am very happy how it came out my new roof and renovated gutters. Thanks for your nice job and certainly I will recommend this company to others! It was worth to consider to hire these people after 3 hrs negotiating time on front.

CJ and Sebastian approached us with the upmost professionalism from day one to the last day for our roof replacement. FULL TRANSPARENCY! They made sure to keep us informed every step of the way and reassure us that we were getting everything they laid out for us. Had a great crew working with them and they were hands on overseeing the process and inspecting the job. Would recommend them to anyone in need!
